Customer Service Representative

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Log and process new orders from customers
  • Monitor pick-up and delivery dates/times to ensure on time delivery and provide load delivery confirmation and of any waiting time as it occurs
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues
  • Correspondence with customers on equipment availability
  • Logging and process new orders from customers
  • Providing updates to customers on delivery status
  • Monitor pick-up and delivery dates/times to ensure on time delivery
  • Notify customer of any waiting time as it occurs
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Experience training and coaching operations staff is required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to deal productively and professionally with internal and external customers
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills required
