Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit delivery documentation received from drivers and owner/operators and make adjustments to TMW software as required.
  • Create and manage custom reports using MS Excel.
  • Ensure all documentation is received as required for billing purposes.
  • Communicate with Operations to ensure correct changes are being made to TMW
  • Communicate with drivers and Owner Operators for any missing delivery documents
  • Communicate with billing and pay departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and pay.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly. 
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Excellent organization and time- management skills.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. 
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills required.
