Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive support to Compliance, Operations, Safety, and Recruiting departments.
    • Manage driver onboarding materials, including paperwork, uniforms, and PPE distribution.
    • Oversee uniform orders, including sizing, distribution, and returns.
    • Assist Operations by contacting customers, verifying information, and logging details in the TMW system.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for Mantei’s Division drivers, addressing their needs and concerns.
    • Aid drivers with paperwork processing and scanning tasks.
    • Support Recruitment by pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, tracking and distributing service awards, and organizing recruitment events.
    • Assist in planning and coordinating company events such as BBQs and Driver & Employee Appreciation events.

 

  • Front Reception Duties:
    • Manage general office supply orders.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail daily.
    • Greeting visitors at the terminal

 

  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree or Diploma in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with TMW systems is a plus.
