Summary

Join our dynamic Recruitment & Retention team and make a difference! We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator who is eager to contribute to our HR and recruitment processes, while helping to create a positive experience for both employees and candidates. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process Management:

    • Advertise job openings, conduct pre-screening calls, and coordinate on-site interviews.
    • Perform background and qualification verification.
    • Coordinate pre-employment testing and review pre-hire documentation.
  • Recruitment Events:

    • Plan and attend recruitment open houses to attract top talent.
  • Reporting:

    • Assist in the preparation of weekly, and quarterly hiring and turnover reports.
  • Training Coordination:

    • Support the coordination of new-hire training sessions.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:

    • Participate in employee engagement and retention activities.
  • Special Projects:

    • Contribute to special HR projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience recruiting Owner Operator Drivers (an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment is an asset but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
