Are you a creative, detail-oriented individual passionate about impactful communication? We're seeking a Communications and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Communications & Sustainability and help develop consistent internal and external messaging across multiple transportation brands. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and promote engaging messaging to enhance internal programs for employees and contractors
  • Create compelling content for internal newsletters, digital boards, websites, social media, and more
  • Coordinate social media marketing efforts, engage with followers, and manage platform activities
  • Design visually engaging materials to communicate key messages effectively
  • Maintain accurate contact lists for employees and contractors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support communication projects and initiatives
  • Develop quarterly reports to assess the effectiveness of communications channels
  • Liaise with print and digital marketing vendors when required

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other communication/design tools
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Strong graphic design, writing, and editing skills (with the ability to produce design samples during the interview process)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment
