We are currently hiring a Fuel Administrator based in Dartmouth, NS.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pull Daily Yard Tank Transactions and reconcile Yard Tanks
- Assist with the automation of the processes for Yard Tanks
- Yard Tank Analysis & Reporting
- Processing Fuel Transactions
- IFTA Filing and Administration
- Preparation of monthly journal entries
- Reconciling, Analyzing and Maintaining fuel GL accounts and sub ledgers
- Administration of Fuel Cards & Transponders
- Assisting with various automation projects and initiatives
- Provide assistance with inquiries from internal customers
- Enhance reporting and analysis of fuel revenue and expense
- Assisting with ad-hoc reports as requested
- Others duties as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in business, with focus on accounting or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to deal proactively and professionally with internal and external customers
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- High level of motivation and energy
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines
